Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by RES Rutherford Electrical Services Ltd.

1. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations are subject to survey and may be revised if the scope of work changes.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges.

3. Warranty

All work is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed products and are in addition to our guarantee.

4. Liability

RES Rutherford Electrical Services Ltd holds comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a call-out charge. Cancellations of confirmed contracts must be made in writing.

6. Compliance

All work is carried out in accordance with the IET Wiring Regulations BS 7671 and relevant British Standards.
